What Truly Motivates You
A lot of CEOs and business owners are or have made New Year’s Resolutions in their businesses but it’s March, have you forgotten about what your goals are?
Maybe you want to have new clients, travel, or speak…
BUT reality is, we both know that most of us will not accomplish those things.
You know why?
Because we’re not being HONEST about what truly motivates us.
And do you know that your human design can tell you exactly what that is? This is a little gem that I use with my clients in the Freedom By Design Mastermind that helps them scale their businesses, unapologetically.
Your Human Design Will Center
In my Mastermind, I show my clients their human design will or motivation center. The numbers, also known as gates, in the motivation center can tell you exactly how you feel motivated.
Therefore, you’re more likely to follow through with your goals.
One of my clients came to me and I asked her ‘What’s your big why? Why are you doing your business?’
She replied ‘I just want to make an impact and be a kind person’.
Oh, that’s cute I said to her as I stared at her Human Design Chart!
I asked her, "What else?’
I noticed that she wouldn’t say ‘money.’
Because in reality, we’ve been conditioned as women that making money IS BAD!!!
So, I finally went through her will center and found out that she has gate 21 and is motivated by money.
And I asked her ‘Are you motivated by money’ - and she said ‘I kinda am.’
She was ashamed to admit it because she thought that it was a bad thing! Why would that be a bad thing? All the premium brands in the world would want money in their businesses.
Queen, you can make a bank while making a difference!
